4.1 General

HVAC Systems

4.1.1
Mechanical heating, refrigerated cooling and ventilation required in the public areas to maintain an odour-free, comfortable environment, appropriate to the function of the room or space locally and BMS controlled


Electrical

4.1.2
A complete electrical installation shall be provided, including power supplies to lighting and electrical outlets, power sockets, switches and other applicable elements requiring electrical power, as appropriate for the room or space.

4.1.3
A background music and paging system is to be provided in the lobby, bar and restaurant.
