HVAC

11.2.1
A heating, ventilation and comfort cooling/air-conditioning system must be provided to maintain internal conditions appropriate for the activity and planned occupancy of the facility.

Extract ventilation must be provided and a re-circulation system is not permitted.

Lighting

Room lighting to be minimum 300 lux.

Finishes and furnishings

Anti-microbial flooring with appropriate shock resistant mats below equipment is required.

A minimum of 2 full-length mirrors to be provided in the room, minimum dimension 0.75m wide x 1.5 high (a full wall mirror is acceptable

Equipment (non-fitness)

A wall-mounted clock of 350mm diameter with second hand is required.

11.2.7
One television is required, min 42 inch flat screen, wall-mounted on a bracket with 24-hour news, sports and music channel availability and remote control.

Fitness equipment

Scandic must approve all fitness equipment.

An audio sound system is optional.
